Anastasia Tasić

Born in 1988. MA and BA in visual arts – painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Belgrade, and graduated from the High School for Design in Belgrade . Graduated from the music school “Vatroslav Lisinski” , clarinet and “Bel canto”, classical singing. Beside many workshops in Serbia, including the DAH Theatre Institute, Intensive theatre course for Actors and Directors in 2013, she took part in the International summer art program at Robert Wilson’s Watermill Center, Long Island, NY, Japanese NO Theatre research workshop and Drama and Visual Art workshops, AAA Fabre Vieux, France. Participated in the YOUTH CREATES project by 7 STAGES Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia as an actress, musician, assistant director and stage designer. In 1994. participated in DAH Theatre performances in Sava Centre as a child actress on the occasion on the opening of FEST [Belgrade International Film Festival]. Member (1999-2007.) of the DAH Theatre Youth Drama group, performing as actress and musician in many performances and Festivals.

In 2000. participated in the process and performance of the Magdalena Project founder Jill Greenhalgh “WATER WARS 1” at the INFANT Festival in Novi Sad, where she performed with Jugoslav Hadžić with whom she continued collaborating , forming a music duo, and joining Hleb Theatre.

In Hleb Theatre she is in charge of the visual identity. She designed the program and poster for the performance “Tales of Bread and Blood”. She created the video for the performance “Dada” and did the set design, as well as the total design of the piece (poster, program, invitations). In the performance “Sisters in Arms” she acts, sings, being in charge again of the total design of the piece and the set and props.

She created the stop motion animation title sequence for documentary film “Danube Floating Free”. For DAH Theatre she created short animation films for performance “Tender, tender, tenderly” , and animation and design of program of children`s performance “Two Grannies, Four Cats and a Scooter”. She worked on an international animation project “Watching the Ball” which resulted in an animated short. She took part in the Dresden-Belgrade exchange forum as part of Serbian representatives for animation, at the film Festival in Dresden. 2008-2012 she takes part in multiple fine art and visual art exhibitions, winning an award for her drawings.

Finished a 3 week course at Belgrade Bartending Academy and has a Bartending Level 1 degree. WOOOO HOOOO !!!!
