Created as an “essay in movement’ with scenes interlaced with footnotes, this dynamic, interactive and lively performance tells the story of an actors/dancers/directors journey into the world of whirling. Whirling as a skill has been developed, researched and practically executed through imaginative ways in different performances and scenes by Sanja KrsmanovićTasić in a span of 25 years. The last part dwells in the world of the origin of the form, the sufi Dervish world of Mevlana Rumi, his poetry and life.
